Mmmmmmhhh, really delicious! The vital gourmet offers of our culinary gourmet team are simply wonderful! With ingredients from our own vital garden we spoil you with new spheres of culinary delights. We would like to surprise you with the innovative ideas and fantastic creations of our passionate cooks Jörg Fromm, Simone Schütze and Jürgen Burgmüller.

With the inclusion in the international association of BIO-Hotels in 2004 we guarantee you that for our „Cuisine Wellness BIO“ are used exclusively ingredients from 100 per cent controlled ecological cultivation from our region.

That means for you: more freshness, more taste, healthy enjoyment with all menus and buffets with pure biological products from controlled ecological cultivation. Enjoy lovely composed vegetarian wholefood – and fish menus with seasonal ingredients: fresh and fit diets following the Mediterranean style with a lot of vegetables, potatoes and rice, with fish, natural oils and tasty herbs from our garden.
