Our daily rhythm determines the menu. Start with a delicious fitness breakfast, treat yourself to a light vitality menu for lunch and treat yourself to tea or cappuccino and homemade cake at reception. In the evening, a gourmet menu of your choice is served.

The special thing about our cuisine

100% vegetarian breakfast and lunch — Menschels serves lots of fresh fruit, herbs, sprouts and homemade spreads on the breakfast buffet, as well as raw milk cheese from cows, goats or sheep. We offer you cereal varieties, cereal porridge and lots of fresh selections. At lunchtime, a salad buffet with lots of raw salads, jacket potatoes, herb quark, a hot dish and a dessert. In the evening, we serve you a menu, and there are also meat and fish dishes to choose from 4 times a week.
