We want to encourage you to treat yourself to a break that offers more than just relaxation. With us, you can experience Buchinger-style therapeutic fasting while hiking, which is medically supervised and carefully designed. We hike between 8 and 14 km daily at a moderate pace, taking sufficient breaks. Well-being is paramount, not performance. Physical activity supports the fasting process gently yet effectively.

In January 2022, I undertook a four-week Buchinger fasting programme at Menschels. This type of fasting is rarely carried out so precisely and correctly in the spirit of Buchinger, and the employees are extremely well-informed about all processes. The care is absolutely top-class, the medical supervision is excellent, and the treatments and sporting offerings are unbeatable. All employees are friendly and well trained. The ecological concept is exemplified in all areas and implemented to 100%. I was impressed once again!

I did a fasting cure here once again. It's a very nice resort with high-quality rooms. There is a doctor's office on site, so the fasting cure is medically supervised. The therapists are very good and carry out the treatments professionally. Meals are served with freshly squeezed juices and fresh broth. The resort has a swimming pool, gym and spa. The landscape is beautiful. Highly recommended, even for holidays.
