What to expect in a Qigong class: The '18 Figures', which resemble Tai Chi Chuan; 'The Return of Youth', a form of exercise; and the 'Eight Noble Exercises' are among the world's most popular Qigong exercises. These exercises aim to harmonise the body, mind and spirit, and help to maintain health and prevent disease. They improve blood circulation, calm the mind, strengthen muscles and joints, and reduce stress

The exercises are easy to learn and very effective for people of all ages. They are suitable for beginners as well as advanced users.
Course details
The course can be booked either as a standalone package (see prices below) or as an add-on for other stays of three nights or more during the offer period.
Pure course fee: €225 (for individual bookings).
Scope: Six 60-minute qigong sessions. An additional 90-minute hour can be booked individually for an extra fee.
Start: On the day of arrival at 17:00
Minimum number of participants: 6 people

What is qigong
Qigong is an ancient Chinese art combining movement, breathing and mindfulness to create a harmonious whole. Unlike pure fitness exercises, qigong aims to reconnect people with their natural inner rhythms. The slow, precise movements create a dialogue between body and mind. The body reveals areas of tension and the mind learns to release it.
Qigong is neither an esoteric ritual nor a sporting endeavour. Rather, it is a toolbox that helps everyone organise their energy balance. With regular practice, many people notice calmer breathing, clearer thoughts and improved posture.
What are qigong exercises good for?
1. A balance for hectic everyday life: Qigong is like slowing down in real time. The exercises do not push you to perform, but rather create space for you to return to your normal pace internally.
2. Gently strengthening the body: Qigong strengthens joints and muscles without overloading them. It is particularly suitable for those who want to become more flexible or regain body confidence after long breaks.
