Kundalini Yoga Days (3 nights)

Over the four days, you will enjoy a balanced programme of invigorating physical exercises and relaxing breathing and meditation sessions. No prior experience of yoga or meditation is necessary.

Course details

The course can be booked as an independent package (see prices below) or individually for other stays during the offer period (from three nights).

Pure course fee: 225 euros (for individual bookings)

Scope: 5.5 yoga lessons of 60 minutes each. An additional hour (90 minutes) can be booked individually for a fee.

Start: On the day of arrival at 16:00

The three of us stayed for three days in January and felt extremely comfortable. The hotel's layout is impressive — several very different buildings set in a park, so the complex is extensive and varied to explore. Our room was very cosy with a wonderful reading chair and a perfect reading lamp by the bed, which was important for reading mice! There was also a very comfortable bed, plenty of storage space in the room and bathroom, and a lovely terrace. The staff were very friendly, helpful and competent, and the food was just a dream: delicious, not too sumptuous, low in meat and finely seasoned. I'm looking forward to my next stay there.

During the four days, you will enjoy a varied programme of sessions, including physical exercises and relaxing sequences involving breathing techniques, meditation and mantras.

There will also be plenty of time to enjoy the nature of the Nahe Valley or recharge your batteries in the wellness area. Before and after the sessions, there is ample opportunity to enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the Nahe Valley or relax in the wellness area.

About the yoga teacher

Course instructor Sonja Wendl was born in Vienna in 1970. She is a 3HO-certified Kundalini yoga teacher at levels 1 (since 2005) and 2 (since 2017), as well as a trained Yin Yoga teacher (Patrick Broome Yoga Academy, 2021).

Ms Wendl has taught with Menschels once or twice a week since 2007, leading continuous courses and workshops several times a week. In 2012, she and her partner established their own yoga studio, FREE SPACE FOR YOGA, in Bad Sobernheim. She regularly continues her education with internationally renowned teachers and is also a certified Kundalini yoga teacher in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan.
