Fasting groups

Herbal teas, fresh vegetable broths, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and water provide you with important vitamins and alkaline minerals. Medically speaking, therapeutic fasting is a proven treatment for various health problems. During a 2-week stay, you will experience at least 10 fasting days and the subsequent set-up period.
