Rule 1
Don't eat anything — just drink!
During fasting, you should only drink the following: tea, vegetable broth, fruit or vegetable juices, and water. You should drink at least 2.5 to 3 litres of liquid per day. So make sure you drink more than you feel you need to. A little salted fasting broth can help regulate blood pressure.
rule 2
Leave out anything that is not absolutely necessary!
Avoid anything that is a well-established habit but harmful to the body during fasting, such as nicotine, alcohol and coffee. The same applies to medication, provided it is prescribed by a doctor! This includes appetite suppressants and laxatives. Analyse what is causing illness and decide to eliminate it forever.
Rule 3
No hustle and bustle, no everyday stress!
Your everyday life remains the same, but the way you deal with it changes. Professional and family commitments, as well as telephone calls, now take on a new importance. Rather than experiencing sensory overload, you encounter yourself, allowing yourself to take control internally instead of constantly submitting to external constraints
Rule 4
Act naturally!
Listen to your body. Relax and make time for your hobbies. If you don't enjoy exercising, make sure you do it regularly, or at least take long walks.
Rule 5
Promote all bodily functions!
Empty your intestines regularly, rinse your kidneys sufficiently (by drinking enough!), sweat and breathe. It is also important to care for the skin and mucous membranes continuously.
