Verified service quality — new certificate from DTV

We are very pleased: Menschels Vitalresort has once again been awarded the “ServiceQualität Deutschland” quality seal (level I). The certification confirms our ongoing commitment to first-class hospitality, transparent processes and continuous development.

What is behind “ServiceQualität Deutschland”?

When we travel, we want to feel that we are in good hands. We would like a friendly welcome, smooth processes and a reliable team at our side. This is exactly where the nationwide quality program “ServiceQualität Deutschland” comes in. It supports small and medium-sized companies, particularly in the tourism and hotel sectors, in optimising their service quality sustainably and continuously. The aim is to improve internal processes, systematically further develop the service and keep it at a high level over the long term.

With the new certification, the German Tourism Association (DTV) confirms that Menschels Vitalresort is continuously developing, implementing and annually reviewing measures to improve quality — a process that is firmly anchored in the company.

Why did we join the quality initiative?

For us, service means much more than just courtesy or efficiency. It is an attitude characterized by respect, attention and the desire to give our guests a sense of reliability and belonging. By participating in “ServiceQualität Deutschland”, we have chosen a framework that structures exactly this approach of seamless guest service.

• We review our processes from reservation to check-out.
• We evaluate all questionnaires, systematically incorporate feedback and create clear responsibilities.
• We work with an action plan, the implementation of which we document and which is further developed annually.
• We invest in employee training and continuing education measures so that every team member actively contributes to the quality standard.

It's not about being “good enough” once, but about getting a bit better every day.

What does the award mean for our guests?

Our guests should feel that there is a team working here that really thinks about every step of the way. With the Q seal, they benefit from:

Reliable structures, for example when checking in, in room comfort, during courses and treatments, or in the restaurant.

What does the quality process look like?

In order to receive an award, companies must go through several steps.

Our team has

• analyses and documents internal service processes,
• identified areas of optimization,
• Measures defined — from minor process adjustments to structural improvements
• and is also committed to reviewing and developing these measures on an annual basis.

The Menschels Vitalresort thus meets all requirements of the program and has until November 2028 officially certified as a Q-company.
