Team Menschels at the Bad Kreuznach Corporate Run

Company Run along the Nahe – a true team experience

In the early evening, as numerous teams gathered along the Nahe, lacing up their running shoes, the palpable anticipation in the air made it clear why the Company Run in Bad Kreuznach brings so many people together. Despite the ideal summer weather, thousands of participants from companies across the entire region started the race together.

This year, the new 4.8-kilometre route ran alongside the Nahe and through the centre of Bad Kreuznach. In the middle of it all was the highly motivated Menschels team, comprising employees from various departments within our company. The focus was on the shared experience rather than the time taken. Thanks to starting blocks being introduced for the first time, the run was more relaxed and there was more space on the course. Despite the summery temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius, the positive energy remained palpable from start to finish.

Activity, team spirit and regional connection

Such events demonstrate how closely these aspects are intertwined. Working together, encouraging each other and sharing a common goal generates new energy and strengthens cohesion, even outside of work. The athletic aspect clearly took centre stage, accompanied by a great deal of mutual support throughout the entire run, and the atmosphere surrounding it was particularly memorable. The spectators along the route, the music in the spa park and the many regional companies that participated all contributed to making it a successful evening. After crossing the finish line, many teams took the opportunity to socialise at the after-run party.

The Menschels team then met for a cosy get-together at a neighbouring pizzeria.
